Snetterton Circuit offers motorsport fans a range of experiences, from the British Touring Car Championship, British Superbike Championship, and British Truck Racing Championship around the Snetterton 300 circuit to club car events which can be staged around the 200 layout and the 100 loop.
It may have been started out life as an RAF airfield in 1943, but its potential as a racing destination was recognised in 1951 when it was adapted and held its first event by the Aston Martin Owner’s Club. It’s gone from strength-to-strength under current owner MSV (MotorSport Vision) and it now hosts non-championship F1 encounters, Formula Ford, and also serves as a testing track for Indy and Le Mans cars.

Directions to the circuit
Snetterton Circuit is located 10 miles north-east of Thetford, which is on the A11 from London to Norwich. If you’re from the south, you can take the M11 until Junction 9 and then join the A11. If you’re coming from the north or west, you can take the M11/A11 and join the A11 after Newmarket.
If you’re travelling by train, you can take the Cambridge to Norwich line and get off at Eccles Road, Attleborough or Thetford station.

Driver Experience at the circuit
If you’ve always dreamt of taking a racing car for a spin, MSV offers a wealth of different driving experiences across their venues, including:
YoungDrive! – Kids can also enjoy a racing driver experience, provided they are over 11 years old. The experience lasts 2.5 hours and is available at Brands Hatch, Oulton Park, Bedford Autodrome and Snetterton Circuit.
