Travel Information
Airlines: Fly into Guarulhos (GRU) or the more central Congonhas (CGH) for domestic links.
Trains: Take the CPTM Train Line 9 (Esmeralda) to Autódromo Station. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the gates.
Roads: Marginal Pinheiros is the main access road, but traffic is notoriously heavy.
Local Transport: The train is highly recommended. On race day, there are also "CPTM Express" trains that run directly from the city center.
Fan Culture, Viewing & Weather
Fan Culture: Pure passion. The Brazilians treat F1 like football, with singing, chanting, and air horns throughout the weekend.
Best Viewing: Grandstand A provides a view of the high-speed climb out of the final corner and the start/finish line.
Weather: Famously unpredictable. It can be blistering heat one moment and a tropical thunderstorm the next.
