Round 3: Vietnam Formula 1 Grand Prix

For the first time Vietnam was included on the formula one calendar, but sadly cancelled due to Covid-19. The race will be held on a street circuit in th Vietnamese capital of Hanoi in 2021.

The race will be held in April, but the actual date has not been confirmed.

The street circuit is on the western side of Hanop city near the My Dinh National Stadium. The street circuit includes the longest straight on the calendar at 1.5km. The track design has been inspired from other races including Monaco, Suzuka and Nurburgring. The circuit includes 22 turns over 5.565 kilometres and uses purpose built and existing roads.

General admission

General admission tickets are available for Friday only tickets for £23, Saturday £35, Saturday and Sunday tickets for £53 or a 3 day ticket for £58.

Premium Grandstands

These grandstands are situated on the starting grid, turn 1 and turn 2,3 and 4. These grandstands are all priced the same with a 3 day ticket costing £303.

Standard Grandstands

The grandstand on turn 7-8 is for reserved seating and is situated on one of the narrowest parts of the track, prices start from £193 for a 3 day ticket.

The grandstand at turn 12 is £193 for a weekend ticket or £214 for a 3 day ticket. The grandstand is located on on-street section of the Vietnam Circuit.

Unreserved Grandstands

The grandstand on the turn 10.5 is an unreserved and situated at the slight Turn 10, which in turn located in the middle of the long 1.5km straight on-street section. Prices start from £51 for a Friday ticket or £128 for a 3 day ticket.
