Sebastian Vettel is 'Man On Fire' - Success is not the result of spontaneous combustion...
"Crowned Champion in a blaze of glory"
Last week I introduced you to Russell Ford, the brilliant F1 Minimal Poster designer. Here is is his latest work, this time focussing on the achievements of double World Champion Sebastian Vettel.
'Man On Fire'
Here are Russell's notes on Man On Fire.
“The design for the F1 Minimal Movie Poster ‘Man on Fire’ highlights not only the achievement and success of the Formula One World Champion Sebastian Vettel, but the design also emphasizes his talent and consistency this year. The tagline states that “Success is not the result of spontaneous combustion. You must first set yourself on fire” and that is exactly what Vettel has done this year. The Red Bull Racing number 1 has established himself as the dominant figure in F1 while demonstrating to his critics that he can overtake. In addition ‘Man on Fire’ also accentuates Sebastian Vettel’s lead in the championship this year; verifying he has left Mark Webber in his path. The trail of Vettel’s success begins from the mechanics at Red Bull Racing that sit on the pit wall, however, unlike Mark, Sebastian has not found himself out of the spotlight and left in the dark. Sebastian Vettel has emerged as the most exciting driver in Formula One; crowned Champion in a blaze of glory.“
