"Formula 1 commentators survey"

What we want to find out

2011 is not only a season of change on the track but also off of the track. This Grand Prix weekend saw the debut of a new BBC commentary pairing, Martin Brundle and David Coulthard. The axing of Jonathan Legard and the unpopularity of James Allen made me question "What makes a Formula 1 commentator successful?" and so I intend to look into exactly what seperates the good from the bad. As a starting point I need to pick up on the publics conceptions of Formula 1 commentators and so I have created a very short survey for you all to complete. The results will be featured in my up-coming article about the commentators which will include analysis, comparison and review.

Thanks

Sean Russell

I say give MB and DC a few attempts before we are too harsh on them. They did a much better job today that I could ever have done and I know that they will get better. Let's check back on this sometime in May ...
