By Plane to Montreal

The closest airport to the Montreal Circuit is the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, which is located just a 20km from the city centre where most accommodation options are located.

Driving in Montreal

There is limited parking at the Montreal circuit, so driving to the event is not recommended. If you insist on driving, you should park in the suburbs and walk to the event. There are taxis available to transport you to the track, however traffic can be heavy on race days so using public transport is often the more efficient option.

By Train

The metro system is extremely efficient in Montreal, and though busy, will provide the quickest route to the circuit. Exit at Jean-Drapeau station for just a 500m walk to the circuit. Alternatively, you can exit the station at Universite-de-Sherbroke, which is a 1km walk from the circuit.

By Bus

There are several public transport services to the Montreal circuit by bus, however the heavy traffic in the city centre on race days means this is often not the most efficient way to reach the circuit.

Montreal Accommodation and Hotels

Montreal’s bustling atmosphere and European vibe makes it a great place to spend your spare time during the Grand Prix. Each quarter has it’s own unique feel, with a wealth of boutique shopping, world-class dining, and entertainment available. The city offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit all budgets, so whether you’re looking for cheap and cheerful hostel accommodation, or a luxurious hotel stay, there will be something to suit you.

The majority of accommodation options are priced towards the higher end, however, so if you are looking for a more budget friendly option we would recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
